This Model D Steinway was hand-selected by Steinway itself for concert artist use. This piano has been completely rebuilt by the number one restoration facility in the New York City Area. It has a complete new German Steinway action, new agraffes, new GC (Canadian) bass strings (German wound), a new Steinway pin-block, a new Boldoc sound board with silver bridge pins (from Germany) and a completely new damper action. The sound of this piano is simply extraordinary!

This Rosewood Steinway D is hands down gorgeous with its hand-rubbed satin finish which restores the piano to its original glory. It has been restored with a beautiful sitka spruce soundboard, Hamburg Steinway hammers and shanks, Renner wippens, Arledge Bass strings. In other words no expense has been spared for this restoration. The touch is incredible. We would challenge anyone to find a Steinway D with a better tone anywhere.
